Suggest A Remedy For Razor Cuts/burns

I got a cut from a razor and it s more like a scrap. I don t know what to do. I can t tell me parents because they might get angry or something. I cleaned it withave detol and put a big bandaid on it. But a few years ago I fell on concrete and got a scrap near my elbow and that was very pussy and basically treated it with detol and bandaid.

Hello, i wouldnot recommend dettol for cleansing, it has irritant properties.
Cleansing with clean water is enough for these trivial cuts/wounds.
Apply mupirocin cream post cleansing and drying, twice daily till healing
