Suggest A Substitute Of 'ascoril' Expectorant Cough Syrup

Hi,
I have been using the Ascoril Expectorant cough syrup for my cough and cold problems in INDIA and it works well on me and I get instant relief. Presently, I have moved to Masachusetts, USA. Could you please tell me if I can get the same here or is there any other equivalent syrup available in USA?

I can understand your concern.
Ascoril is having ambroxol, guaphenesine and terbutalin.
It is having both properties, mucolytic and expectorant.
In USA you will get all these in Brozodex syrup.
So ask for brozodex.
If you don't get brozodex, then ask for combination of ambroxol, guaphenesine and terbutalin. You willingness definitely get this combination in USA.
