I am suffering from Endometriosis since last 9 months. In Oct 2010, my left ovary measures 29x27x32 mm across & 13.15 ml in volume and it shows 24 mm echogenic cyst & extensive 02-05 mm surface nodules. Earlier I am having acute pain in lower abdomen during mesuration cycles.



but now since last two months i have severe pain in left side of lower abdomen and left back till abovr left hipp.(towards leg) throught the month.besides this facing gastric problem and acidit. Feelin weekness most of the time.



The latest ultrasound (04.07.2011) report shows left overy of 94x65x86 mm across & 275.1 ml in volume. It shows an 84 mm unilocular, echogenic endometrioma. Surface nodules are no longer evident.



I want to know is there any treatment to dissolve above said cysts without surgury. suggest me a treatment which has less side effects.
