Hi doc i had and abortion last year in july-august time i was 9weeks pregnant ever since my belly is getting wider and fatter like a ball im really down And depressed due to this can you tell me of any waY that i can loose the belly and the Wideness Thanks Maya
I share your concerns but please believe that it is possible to return back to normal shape. You need to follow a definitive programme every day for 2 to 3 months. Your physical training programme should include 1 walking/jogging/running (as per your convenience) 5 km every day. 2 stretching exercises(abdomen and back) for 30 minutes every day 3 you can also try yoga with proper guidance (Internet or instructor)
Don't try diet control as you need to recover from blood loss during abortion.
You can also use services of physical trainer in your area.
