If you are experiencing gastritis , hyperacdity then you can take low dose of aspirin or alternative of aspirin like clopidogrel or prasugrel. If you are feeling any chest tightness, dyspnoeaor chest pain then need to consult your treating cardiologist so that he can investigate and can give you proper treatment.
