Suggest Alternate Medicine For Pediatric Phena-P

Hi, my baby is 8 month old. She is having body hit problem from birth. In summer season because of hit she was suffer more. So our doctor suggested phena -p for her and he also said that it is also useful when teeth will come. She also get a good result. Now i think there will be teeth upcoming thats why she is suffering from decentry. Is PHENA-P useful in body hit & if there is a decentry at the time of teeth coming? Now we shift from mumbai to kudal - sindhudurg . And here phena-p is not available. Pls suggest me another medicine which is similar to it or good for her. THANKING YOU

Available as PROMETH-P syrup by genetic pharma ,PROPHEN-P syrup by ultramark , if not avaiable you can use promethazine syrup ( commonly available as phenargan )and paracetamol syrup separately
