Suggest Alternate Over The Counter Medication For Ganaton

I am working in saudiarabia and my doctor gave me medicine for 15 days course due to h-hypolori and i did brought medicine from Pakistan for 7 days but unfortunately i am unable to find Ganaton and colifac tablet in saudi arabia could you please let me if these can be replace with another medicine.

Tab ganaton contains ITOPRIDE..which is a drug used to increased intestinal motility..
Tab colofac contains MEBEVERINE which is a anti spasmodic drug..
Finding these drugs should be a problem in SAUDI ARABIA..
I would advise you to just go to a medical store and tell the dispenser the original drug formula and purchase any brand of international pharmaceutical company.
Eg ganaton can be replaced with tab ipride or tab ITOGAURD
And tab colofac can be replaced with tab COLOREST.
