Suggest Alternate Remedy For Vitiligo

hello dr iam 40yrs old,married , 5ft 4",69kg suffering from vitiligo for the past 30 yrs.i under went various treatment like ayurveda homeopathic unani but there was only slight improvement.ihave a small patch under my right eye just below my right lower eyelid.idont have in any other part of my body .patch on my face is also stable.i also underwent treatment like punchgrafting 15yrs back.brown colouration appeared but bcame blackish after some days .i have dot like bulging areas in this region after grafting .after 8 yrs i then underwent melanocyte transplantation in bangalore noble vitiligo clinic in the sane area .patch is the same after the treatment but is black.now wrinkles have started to appear iuse make up to conceal the patch .but wrinkles make it to appear odd. allthese years i have suffered from lot of emotional disturbances .what can you suggest to make my appearance look better.iwant to go in for cosmetic surgery , will it help.
