Hello Welcome here. I understand your concerns for your wife. I think namenda (memantine) is dosed very high at 23mg. It is usually given at maximum doses of 10mg. I think a better choice would be combination of donepezil and memantine. This will be a better option for your wife. Hope this helps. Thanks.
