Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello
I have studied your case. As you told that you have not gone for any surgery so it means your radial head is still there. In that case you need to make sure that your fracture is united or not. So I would recommend you to get x ray of the elbow joint. If fracture is healed well than you do not need to be worried about any thing, just continue physiotherapy.
If there is non union of fracture than you might need to go for surgery which is called radial head replacement and in this we have to replace your broken radial head with silicone or titanium prosthesis.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
