Thanks for letting us know your health concern. The drug contained in Orgametril is Lynestrenol. This is available in the generic form also. Some preparations provide a combination with ethinyl estradiol. Please check with your health care provider which suits you best. You can take an analgesic antispasmodic like Mefenamic acid and dicyclomine in the meantime. Hope this helps.
