Suggest Alternative Medicine For Metrogyl 400

I am 29yrs old, 173 cms tall, weight 65 kgs. I recently went for a complete body check up in India, my stool test was negative. I have been adviced to take metrogyl 400 for 10 days... I am staying in UAE. This medicine is not available here, could you please suggest any alternatives... thank you.
