Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Kaylite cream contains hydroquinone, Isotretinoin and Mometasone Furoate and as Momentasone is a steroid and initially it can show good results but long term use can have severe side effects like skin inflammation, pigmentation, skin atrophy or thinning, dialatation of veins under the skin and overgrowth of hair on face..
So keeping in consideration these side effects I would suggest not to use ths cream and yo can apply skin brightening creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E Oil at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week.
Take Vitamin C Supplements..
Drink plenty of water..
Always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can also go for Photofacial and chemical peels fr improvement..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
