Suggest Alternative Treatment Apart From Nebulization For Chest Congestion In Infant
Hi My Son is 11 months old... his chest is congested. We took for nebulization but he cries and does not respond to it well.. can we substitute it with some other remedy ? He is presently on ambrolite-s, sinarest af, mankind cv and a potassiam sulphate suspention srup

Since your child is a case of asthamatic brochitis needs oral brochodialoter along with nebulisation which give very good results the other to nebulise the child is to give when child is sleepy

i understand your concern.
11 month old chest congestion might be due to bronchiolitis and best way to treat this condition is through nebulization. Through nebulizer the drug will reach directly air way and help in recovery to normal status.
I understand that it will be hard time for the child to accept the nebulizer but it is fastest way to cure the disease.
My recommendation would be continue nebulizer with other medication as prescribed.
