Suggest An Effective Alternative For Letrozole

Hi , besides letrozole, please tell me what other medications are used for receptor positive breast cancer. I am having so many side effects, I'm ready to stop the letrozole, but don't want to exchange one set of side effects for possible WORSE side effects from another medication. Thank you, I hope you can help.
