i have copd and it's getting worst! always out of breath even walking a short distance or trying to carry something takes a lot out of me. also being treated for an underactive thyroid problem. i cough so long and so hard my ribs and head hurt! and can't catch my breath! i use 2 inhalers but don't seem to help much!

Take adult Pulmonary vaccines like Influenza and pneumococcal to prevent recurrent respiratory tract infection. 4. Long term low dose oxygen therapy. So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
