Suggest An Effective Treatment For Lung Injury

Hello Doctor, My friend is vomiting blood often from last 5 years. we have checkup with nearby doctors and they said that it is because of injure in lungs.
Is it possible to cure with the medicine? or do we need some other treatment?
Please advice.

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
TB with blood in sputum? Duodenal Ulcer.You need to update more information before the reason for blood vomit is finalised.
In abscence of any further information investigation by Oeso-Phago-Duodenoscopy,would help you to fix the treatment from Surgeon
Treatment-
As there is no history of Chest complaints,but for your doctors opinion of lung injury causing this blood vomitting,I would suggest
Tab Proton-D-6 weeks
Inj-Vik +Inj Calcium gluconate to treat blood in vomit.
Other causes need to be investigated and treated from Surgeon /Physician accordingly.
