Suggest Appropriate Diet To Prevent Bloated Stomach

I have a bloated stomach, I am eating healthy food with lots of vegetables, fruit , chicken and fish. I also love cheese, egg and milk. I am surprised recently that the food that I eat may cause the lots of gases that are so embarrassing and uncomfortable especially if I am in the office:). Please advise what food to avoid ? do I need to see my GP?
