hi sir i am 24 years male, i am having joint pains from last 4 year , i dont know it was artirities or not i am planning to go for ayurvedic treatement, can u tell me is aruyvedic is good or alopathy is good for joint pains, please i am dipresed because of this

ayurvedic treatment is best for arithritic pain. most probably you have a condition called aamvata. consult some good panchakarma specialist in your area.
