Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For Tremors In Hand

Hi Dr. Rangadhar, iam diagnosed with essentiell tremor. o.K - the neurologist and i we are waiting of the result blood examination. Of course i am afraid and i have the shaking hands all the time. What kind of ayurvedic treatment are you suggesting. Iam Pita/Vata. Iam also very interested in ayurvedic herbs. Do you think that Ashwaganda 2/3 and Atmagupta 1/3 is a good choice. Hi dear,
Ayurveda consider the problem as a type of kampa vata.
Among treatment procedures nasyam and siro thalam will improve your condition.
Ksheera bala (101A) Will be good for nasyam.
External application of ashwaganda bala lakshadi tailam.
Internally
20 ml shundi baladi kashayam with 3 drops of ksheerabala (41A) Twice before food.
Vidaryadi grutham one teaspoon at morning (empty stomach).
Ashwagandadi lehyam twice after food.
VTH pills ( a proprietary medicine) One pill twice with black cumin( krishna jeerakam)
kashayam.

This combination found to be very effective in case of kampa vata.
