Hi, I am very happy to know that you are consious about your health. Your have to maintain your body Weight. At morning you have to do some exercises or yoga regularly. In breakfast take a milk and low fatty food. Don t miss your breakfast. You can take fresh fruits at morning time. Take your lunch at Fix time .Irregularity in lunch can increase Your body weight.so you have to do your lunch at fix time. Drink more water. Avoid oily and spicy food. Take green vegetables.
