What is the best way to get in shape with muscles, better breathing and a good build? please if their is a diet plan instructions on how to could you send them to me thanks

i weigh 170 pounds
im 6'2
i dont look fat but i am.

Hello and thank you for your question.
First of all exercise is important. You need to do some sort of aerobic exercise like walking, biking or swimming for about an hour daily. Next do some form of weight bearing exercise like lifting weights 3 times a week for about 30 minutes. Get someone who is experienced in using weights to help you learn to do this so that you do not hurt yourself. Next eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat whole grains and lean protein such as fish, chicken or nuts. Avoid processed foods and sodas. Try to stop smoking because that will harm you in the long term
