Suggest Better Medication For Alopecia Areata

hello sir im suffering from alopecia areata for the past 5 months . i went to the doctor he used tricort 1o injection now i have regained hair roots but not quite effectively . please suggest me some other medicine ?will my hairs regrow back to normal?
