Suggest Better Treatment For Hypothyroidism

Age = 25 Years, Gender = Female, TSH = 5.4, T3 and T4 are Normal. This was done a year ago with diagnosis of Hypothyrodism and medication of 25mg Thyroxine Sodium. A year later problems and symptoms still persist. Fatigue, irritation, high sleep, lack of vitality, high emotions (crying), etc. Pls suggest.

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You have to repeat a thyroid function tests to see if you are properly replaced with thyroid medications.If thyroid function is normal, you have to look for other causes for this symptoms : should check for diabetes, anaemia, high cholesterol, vitamin deficiency etc
