i have had pain on my lower right testicle, saw doctor had ultra sound,,, and told me calcium deposits, prescribed bacteria pill, weeks later still pain, especially night time, have had been fixed 20 years ago,,,,,,, 56 yrs. 5'9, 190, diabetic

If no specific cause found of pain of testes then this could be due to nonspecific reason some time this may be due to some uneven pressure, that might be exerting due to poor posture, try to maintain good posture, for the pain you can try 'Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" no need to worry about this would be fine soon, take care.
