Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Unless all the relevant investigations of stool, blood,
ultrasonography, CT scan and
Colonoscopy are normal, we can not say this to be IBS that is
irritable bowel syndrome.
Hence get all these tests done for the urgency in the morning to pass stool but sometimes only large amounts of gas with brown/slightly red mucus.
If any disease is identified during the course of investigations, get this specifically treated to get a cure.
For example if there is an infection, get a course of an antibiotic,
metronidazole and obviously probiotics.
Activated charcoal tablets help a lot.
You have already tried with foods and beverages.
If all the investigations are normal then think of IBS and anxiety and/or stress as the most important reasons for such a problems. This also causes
aerophagia causing large amounts of gas to pass.
