Dear doctor, My sister suddenly her eye hurts her then she start feel disruption and she can t see the colors in her left eye she went to a doctor and he said that it may happen from a brain inflammation she did a MRI of the brain the examination was obtained before and after I.V injection of Gd-DTPA. Few non significant bright T2 and FLAIR small foci mainly bifrontal white matter, not enhancing after contrast injection. Please correlate with clinical picture and follow up for demyelination disease. Left optic nerve enhanced after contrast injection, suggestive of optic neuritis. The corpus callosum look intact. No other intracerebral focal lesioncould be seen. The ventricles are unremarkable in size and there is no ventricular displacement. The cerebral sulci and the cisterns are unremarkable. The midline structures are centrally located. The sella turcica and pituitary gland look within normal, the parasellar structures are unremarkable. Both CP angles and I.A.M apear normal. What is your openion about it ? And how we might treat her?
