General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it will be a sign of osteoarthritis.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

Avoid heavy physical activities.

If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedic and get evaluated. An MRI scan can be tried for further assessment.

In severe cases, you can opt for newer techniques like steroid injection also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
