I would advise you the following: Consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation , actual examination and further investigations like: Tests of stool. Tests of blood and urine. CT scan of abdomen And Colonoscopy if required. This will give a probable diagnosis which can be : Diverticulitis Colitis Inflamed lymph nodes. Get a course of an antibiotics and metronidazole.
