Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder (chronic anemia, thyroid gland dysfunction, etc.). Anxiety can not be excluded either.

Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing some tests:

- A resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
- Thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- Complete blood count for anemia
- Blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- A cervical spine X ray study for any possible bulging disc.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
