Suggest Cause For Cramping With Sore Breast & Dark Brown Spots

My period has been about 2 weeks late, yet I've had all the symptoms. Severe cramping, bloating, irritibility, and even a new symptom, my breasts were extremely sore and tender. This morning I finally had some spotting and it was dark brown. This is very unusual for me menstration wise. Should I be concerned?

This may be a premenstrual symptom. Normally a woman can experience these symptoms during premenstrual period. Looks kind of spotting before periods. It means your periods will arrive soon.
