Suggest Cause For Lower Abdominal Pain With Loose Bowels And Painful Groin Region

I have been having pain in lower abdomen, anal area, low grade fever, nausea, for the past 4 days, I first thought I was just constipated, but I have been having some bowel movements. The pain also extends to groin area, and at times it is almost unbearable, but will subside somewhat. If I cough hard, the pain in my anal area and low abd is very painful. I have not seen any blood in stool. I also feel pressure in lower abd when I walk or go from sitting/lying position to standing/walking. I am starting to worry what the cause might be and do have appt with MD tomorrow.
