Suggest Cause For Pain In Anal Region

I feel like something is coming out my anus and I keep trying to squeeze it back in and there is slight pain in around my hole I also have something that looked like a pimple or small boil on my ribs but it itched and when I looked at it it had little bumps around it so I thought it was a spider bite but then another one came in the same manner. I m not sure if I cut myself or what but I squeezed it and puss comes out... it doesn t look like its healing over a week and a half now.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having hemorrhoids.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an Osil cream twice a day on that part.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, surgical procedures done by a surgeon.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
