Suggest Cause For Painful Cramps In Patients With An IUD Insert

HI, I got painful cramps then I when to the bathroom, couldn t pee because my cramps were so painful, start to sweat, get clammy, and lightheadedness and I start to feel like I want to vomit, but didn t. I have an IUD, and my cramps feel like period cramps but no blood.
