Suggest Cause For Red Bumps On Torso

Yesterday my 4 yr old developed red little pimples/bumps on her torso. They did not itch or bothered her. The ones that were on her waist were irritated by the band in her shorts. Last night it looked like she got a few more. Today she has the same amount but not red. No temp or illness.
