I have ulcers in bum
What can be the cause?
I need help badly! I have ulcers in bum with red swellings! I am overweight and haven't had intercourse for a year.... What can it be and what is the cure? I recently had normal blood test and everything was fine.... What can it be? Am worried....

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the kind of wound and later turned into ulcer then it could be infection if this is so then it needs to be try with antibiotic although clinical examination is must because it could be formation of abscess which seems to ulcer to you or it could be induration, or just swelling, hope this information helps.
