I am 49 years old and have been on HRT for the last 12 years. I noticed a couple of days ago that my nipples are hurting. The right one hurts worse than the left. At this time my breast are not hurting at all. They have been sore in the past but right now it is just the nipples. They only hurt if touched. Is this something to be concerned about?
