My Pelvis scan report says - Enlarged cystic right ovary measuring 6.0 X 5.2 X 5.3 cms (Vol = 85.99 cc) - Multiloculated complex cyst filled with thick low level internal echoes - Possibility of endometriotic cyst to be considered What are the complications and how can it be resolved?

Endometriotoc cyst causes pain, discomfort during menstruation, infertility is common, OC pills are advisable for at least 3 months.
