Suggest Complications Of Small Bladder

Lately I haven't been able to hold my pee. When I have to go I have to go! It doesnt hurt or anything but I cant hold it for more than a minute or so. What is wrong with me? Ive always urinated a lot. I always figured I had a smaller bladder than most people. I also drink a lot of water.

Urologist 's  Response
Hi.
Small bladder can be diagnosed by ultrasound or more accurately by cystoscopy under anesthesia.
Kindly get urine routine and culture and ultrasound KUB with post void residual urine.
If any infection is proven, treat it with culture sensitive antibiotics. If any abnormality is found on ultrasound like stone in ureter or bladder, it may need surgery. Also bladder capacity can be judged by ultrasound.
Also u said u drink a lot.So u pee more often. Restrict water intake to 2-3 litres and 1-2 glass at a time.
If all is fine, u may have to rule out GUTB.
Try anti choline this like Solifenacin or Tolterodine. It will help.
