Suggest Contraindications Between Iberogast And Achalasia

I have had oesophageal achalasia for over 30 years. I also had 2 balloon dilatations. I was recommended Iberogast by a friend as I am now experiencing reflux and have been using Nexium. I would like to know if there are any contraindications for the use of Iberogast with achalasia because it is a recognized disorder of the cardiac sphincter and nerves controlling peristalsis.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, Iberogast is herbal medicine if it may not have any side effect but it will not help you as long as the condition of achalasia is considered you will have to follow the instruction given by your gastroenterologist and if you have not consulted, the better to visit the gastroenterologist, else using Iberogast is not advisable, (It is mainly use for IBS) hope this information helps.
