Suggest Cream/lotion With SPF That Also Reduces Acne?

I have recently developed a lot of white heads and pimples on my face. Currently, I use himalaya neem facewash and lactocalamine lotion before going out in the sun. I dont use a sun block as it seems to cause more breakouts. Can u suggest a cream/lotion with spf that also reduces acne?
