Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
Regarding the issue of lack of glow, it could be because of
tanning, pigmentation,
dry skin, ageing and certain other factors like open pores etc.
However there are various treatments which you can undergo to address these e.g Chemical peeling. The most simple and commonly used chemical peel is glycolic peel. Glycolic peel has various advantages like: pigment reduction, reduces pore size, reduces acne, evens out tone and reduces oiliness.
Another peel, called Retices-CT peel is a 4% retinol peel, commonly known as yellow peel and is very effective for tan removal and enhance skin.
You can take these peeling sessions from a
dermatologist.
Strict sun avoidance by using a broad spectrum sunscreen through out the day is also essential. You can try 'Sebamed sun care 50+ sunscreen', which is a broad spectrum sunscreen.
At night you could use a cream containing one or more of the skin lightening agents like
glycolic acid (e.g Glyco-A 12 % cream) OR
Kojic acid (e.g Kojic cream) to gradually fade away the dullness
