Suggest Creams For Thick & Crusty Skin With Hairs

I have some hard patchy areas on my neck. The skin is thick and crusty trapping hairs underneath casing bombs and irration resulting in big hard crusty bombs with hair trapped inside. What is this called and how do I treat this other than corrosion creams that dry it even worse? Can you help? Please!!!

Hi.
As per your case history of crusted skin.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral fluconazole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
