Suggest Cure For A Persistent Chest Pain

I am a healthy 20 year old female. For the past few days I have been having chest pains on my left side above my breast randomly. The pain is not always present but happens a few times every hour then goes away. It is like a dull ache. Today both times I have eaten the chest pain has gotten worse in the same area while swallowing the food.

Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Persistent chest pain at this age will be due to muscular or due to acidity. Don't worry and follow my advice.

1.Do hot fomentation over the local area. Local application of pain killers ointment is also beneficial. If symptoms not relieved in 2 days then consult your doctor.

2. Your doctor will prescribe you medicines for acidity. Till then avoid spicy foods. Drink cow milk.

3.If you still want to rule out heart problem then ask your doctor to do your ecg.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
