Suggest Cure For A Small Lump Just Above My Left Testicles
i have recently noticed a small lump just above my left testis on the Epididymis... it doesnt hurt me or pains... i am not in my home country and can not really get myself checked for another 6 months... can u guys diagnose this.... i have searched online and seems like almost everyone has it as some sort of cyst or something...

The painless lump just above the Epididymis is a benign cyst called Epididymal Cyst or Spermatocele.
It is benign and does not need any treatment .
Treatment is advised only when it increases in size or becomes painful.
You may consult qualified urologist for clinical examination once you are back to your home contry.

I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. It appears to be Epidydmal Cyst. Its a benign cystic accumulation of sperm that arises from the head of the epididymis.In your case only observation is needed at present, as it’s asymptomatic. Surgical intervention; which is excision of the cyst, is indicated for painful and enlarging Epididymal Cyst.
