Suggest Cure For A Small Lump Under The Areola

I wore a very too tight bra and could not take it off untill the end of the day wore my daughters by mistake i had a rash and it healed but then on the underside of my aereola i got a small pimple sized lump that has gotten a little smaller in the last few days what could it be, It doesnt hurt but it is on the bottom rim of my aereola and moves easily seems it is under a montgomery gland

Hi.
As per your case history you are having furuncle.
My treatment advice is –

1. Don’t squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin given only after consulting a dermatologist.
