Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Hairloss is an important sign of hypothyroidism. If you are taking 75 mcg/day Levothyroxine and you say that your patches of baldness in hair are increasing day by day, than in my opinion, maybe ,you are not taking the right dose. I suggest to do the TSH test to see if you actually have hypothyroidism that can explain your problem. If your TSH result show that you have Hypothyroidism, than increasing the dosis of thyronorn can cure your excessive hairloss. If your TSH is within the range than the thyroid is excluded as cause of your baldness and in these circumstances,my advice is to consult a local dermatologist to check for the right cause /solution of your hairloss.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
