Suggest Cure For Hard Mass On My Right Ear Lobe

I noticed my right ear lobe has a hard mass in it,furthermore i have dry cough, worse at night almost choking...I do take synthroid meds for slow thyroid, my dad died of complications of diabetes at 52, mom has high blood pressure and heart diseases, im 43 years old and overweight , please advise
