Hi,

Dyspepsia is the condition that can cause the symptoms like bloating, vomiting, abdomen pain. Diet could be the cause here in this case. Second, it can be due to some infection.

Hyperacidity can play the role along with infection. Spicy food, fried food, (Oil, fat) need to be avoided.

Infection can be managed with Metronidazole, for abdomen pain, antispasmodic medicine can be tried with anti-emetic which controls the vomiting.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
