Suggest Cure For Lesions And Eruptions

My 2.5 year old son, has lesions/eruptions all over his arms and legs and neck area. this has been there for the last 20 days. He has acute itching sensation in those areas and this causes open wounds too.. He also has mild cough and chest congestion associated wiht this...wonder if these both can be related to some allergic reaction.

The possibilities here could be -
1. Eczema or atopic dermatitis
2. insect bite allergy with secondary infection
3. urticaria.

Skin conditions are best diagnosed after seeing them directly.
